CANCELLATION - NO SHOW - LATE POLICIES

 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS!

The artist takes each and every appointment very seriously
and hopes you will consider all standards and regulations
prior to booking your appointments. Thank you.

Confirmations emails are sent out a week prior to all appointments.
You must reply and confirm 72 hours before the actual appointment time
or your appointment and deposit is forfeited.

A $30.00 fee is applied on top of your deposit, if you fail to cancel
24 hours prior to your set appointment time.

A $50.00 fee is applied on top of your deposit,
 if you fail to cancel and do not show.

If you chose to cancel an appointment in a respectable and timely manor
your deposit may go towards a different spa service but, is not refunded.

If you call or email before the 24 hour time frame and want to reschedule,
your deposit is applied to your next appointment date and time.

If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment and/or do not show
and want to make a new appointment a new deposit will be required.

If you are more than a half an hour late to your appointment
and do not call, you will be charged the no show fee of $50.00
and you will need to leave a new deposit to schedule your next appointment.
